“The depth and detail was fantastic, especially as it helped to see the positives in my own style. I have always felt judged for the fact that I am an introverted thinker and have never had a trainer/coach or manager who has the same or even similar energy. So, although there were still things that were outside my comfort zone, I felt included more than I ever have in a self awareness session before.

I think it’s really great that I have such a detailed profile to take away to be able to use to help others communicate with me as well as continuing to try to adapt to them.”

“The whole workshop was really insightful, the activities and different personalities in the room really helped join the dots and help you to start identifying why/how people act the way they do including myself.

Working through some of the key points from each others profiles and relating them to everyday activities was great and made me really challenge and reflect on the way I am perceived and how I can enhance my connection with others.”
